I use to have unpleasant experiences with other dentist offices. I will 100% recommend Sycamore Hills Dentistry to anyone! I simply enjoy visiting them even if it for extensive dental work! What a wonderful experience every time!
I had a dentist appointment scheduled the other day for 6pm. When I got there, I was told that my appointment had been backed up at least 30 minutes as they had been running behind schedule from the long day. Not going to lie, I was a little upset and annoyed. They gave me the option of waiting or rescheduling, so I decided to reschedule since it was getting later into the evening. I drove away thinking “wow, that was a waste of time”. Lia and Dr. Rorick were excellent! They explained the process of getting a crown and why I needed it to ease my concerns and took great care of me while I was there.
My son and I had our first appts this week. Place is super clean. Everyone was super nice. Explained everything they were doing. My son loved the fact that he could watch Netflix on the ceiling while getting his teeth cleaned. lol They also practice social distance and sanitized accordingly. Will def be staying here for a while.
