WELL FIRST OFF THE MANAGER EUREKA THORPE WAS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING TO ME BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT THE EXTERMINATOR TO ENTER MY APT WHEN I WASN'T HOME, I TOLD HER/MANAGEMENT THAT I WOULDN'T BE HOME AND SHE SAID OK I CAN RESCHEDULE, SO HAD MY DOOR BLOCKED FROM THE INSIDE SO NO ONE COULD ENTER WHILE I WAS AWAY ON VACATION .HOWEVER SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND. NASTY SCREAMING AT ME LIKE IM A CHILD IM A 45 YEAR OLD WOMAN SO I REPORTED HER TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE,THE TRASH ALL OVER THE GROUND AND STAIRS THE CHILDREN HANGING OUT ... read more
I’ve been waiting to have my ceiling repaired for 5 months
At the Sycamore Station apartments, the front office staff has continued making our family feel welcomed. I bonded with the initial office staff. Changes in the staff, have been noted. I feel the present staff to be even more efficient. The current leasing office manager Eureka is exceptional , does her job with knowledge and patience. You can tell she is determined to keep the property clean and safe for all tenants. Eureka is a great asset to the property.

For 7 months my neighbor has been allowed to completely disturb the peace by letting their mongrel of a dog bark from sun up to sun down with absolutely no corrective action. It is an absolutely nightmare to have absolutely no peace and it’s infuriating that the rental office refuses to do anything about it. Just horrendous to live here.
