Their staff is just different, their nurses and therapist are just kinder and happier in general. It shows in the way they care for their patients and in their attention to detail. They just care more.

I can't say enough about Fred. Symbii Home Health in Idaho Falls. He go above and beyond every single day, not just providing excellent care, but truly seeing patients as people, not just a number. Home health can be challenging at times, but Fred handles everything with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. I found a doctor who has taken care of everything that Joy, the Nurse Practitioner wanted me to go to 4 different places and have taken care of. I feel I was lied to regarding this prescription contract issue, lied to regarding only seeing a dermatologist. She once said she was the same as being a doctor.
