The nursing staff in Blackfoot has been absolutely amazing! They have taken such wonderful care of my family member, and we are truly grateful for their kindness, compassion, and dedication. The office staff has also been incredibly helpful and always willing to answer any questions we've had along the way. I can't say enough about Fred. Symbii Home Health in Idaho Falls. He go above and beyond every single day, not just providing excellent care, but truly seeing patients as people, not just a number. Home health can be challenging at times, but Fred handles everything with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. Symbii Home Health and Hospice is a great company. I work in the office at Symbii and our nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and aides are top notch. We always strive to ensure that our patients have the best experience with their caregivers. Our priority is great patient care and facilitating wellness. You won't go wrong choosing Symbii.

Symbii Home Health and Hospice has two agencies. One for terminally ill (hospice) and home services (Home Health). This comment pertains to the latter but should be considered to possibly reflect the Hospice service. HH is operated by staff that are essentially incompetent in many topics of health care and maintenance. They listen poorly and understand less.
