Verified Renter Our experience has not been good since we moved in, this whole year we only had about 5 community events. Compared to other luxury apartments that have them monthly . Our pool is closed most of the time in summer , and they don’t maintain the hallways clean . We were promised certain amenities which we never received. The only good thing is the location and that’s it, we can’t wait to move out .

Verified Renter Could be a nice community, if the amenities that are promised, work. The gas bbq grills by the pool, never worked, the lobby gas fire pit, never worked, the pool cabana shade cover, wind has torn it up, I could continue.

Terrible Smell like spoiled milk times ten! I put in several work orders also advised the inspectors and maintenance of the smell in the so called new apartment. Issue a month later nothing resolved. I pay rent but have to stay at my daughters house.
