I had a supplement plan but it wasn't clear how long to continue them in any written or verbal instructions , so I ended up buying another order, which I didn't need to. It has been ok otherwise.
Doctors and staff listen to my concerns. Always finding encouraging words and keep up with tests and adding help as needed. And changing supplements as I continue to have better numbers on blood work.

It was my first visit, but I was glad to be there in person and get my treatment off and running! Dr. Spurrill and staff spent over an hour with me, and I look forward to getting many more questions answered as my treatment plan gets established. I had a positive and hopeful first visit.

The mindset class seemed helpful but there were a lot of topics or jargon that were introduced but not fully explained, particularly with the psychological and counseling side of things. I looked up phrases later to see what was being talked about. If people had no familiarity it might have gone completely over their heads. Maybe additional sessions or a longer time could help touch on all the information which seemed important, and feel less rushed.
Kimberly did a great job explaining the Ketogenic diet and answering a lot of questions that I had. Thanks much!! Looking forward to our follow up time in a month.

The appointments seemed somewhat clear but I didnt always know the overall purpose of some things or what programs were happening next, or how long to expect I would need to be there to get everything done.
