It has been almost 5 months and $545.00 charged by your company.... with NO RESULTS! To date I have Never received any letters or responses from any of the 3 Credit Bureaus. Working with Synergy has been nothing but a waste of my time and money! Please STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT! I feel that I deserve a total REFUND. Don't waste your Money and Time!!!!

Hi! We did cancel your file today and notified you as well. We had sent you an email explaining that we didn't feel right keeping you in the program since we felt that we did all we could for your credit file. We were able to make quite a bit of progress on your file and we can email you the results again if you would like. It doesn't look like you had paid in advance for our services during the time you were with us. We do hope that you understand, and have a wonderful rest of your day!
Horrible service, un knowledgeable, and they don’t even answer the phone 1/2 the time
RecommendedSynergy Credit Services was able to get a medical collection that I did not owe removed from all my credit reports. When the collection was place a year ago it dropped my credit score more than 100 points. I contacted all 3 credit bureaus as well as the collection agency (certified mail) asking for supporting documentation on the collection.
