I am a current client of this provider The caregivers haven't been doing a lot for me. A lot of my stress isn't the fault of SYNERGY though. Madison is very good but my sister does this type of work and she is very professional for her work. She wears a uniform and gloves. The company needs to give their employees more training.

I am a past client of this provider They were convenient and you could call to request services. The communication is always key for me. The young lady always did a good job and she would go above and beyond.

I am a past client of this provider This agency helped us the most by giving us a couple hours off every week. I like that they were always on time and they did a good job. The client really liked them.

I am a current client of this provider The agency is helpful by allowing her to move around a little bit and have a nurse there to manage my mothers health care. They have great coordination of services and they provide us with good education. I like that they have a great physical therapist.

I am a current client of this provider Neither my husband nor I can drive so they take us to appointments and it is a big help. All the staff has been really supportive, helpful, and friendly.

I am a current client of this provider They do have a person who is a contact point for me, she has been excellent. She is honest and open. She came and worked when a caregiver called out sick. The person we have is excellent, I had problems covering the hours we need to take care of him.

I am a current client of this provider We've only used the services one time. The big issue is that the timing is difficult. Sometimes you don't know how long you will need them because of a doctor's appointment or something. If they are there for two hours and five minutes or ten minutes, you still have to pay for three hours. The agency is flexible.

I am a current client of this provider They provide a driver for me when I need to go to appointments. They are usually quite helpful, but sometimes things go wrong. They are, however, dependable and pleasant.
