I am a past client of this provider They were so dependable, and I didn't even have to think about it because they were there. They took great care of them. I would recommend them. They are dependable and kind.

I am a past client of this provider She said she didn't need sitters and didn't want sitters. It was difficult for us to keep somebody with her attitude. It was not Synergy's fault. It was what she would allow. We were glad to know someone was there, so it was helpful to us. We wanted her to let them prepare meals and give her bath. They always would get back to me when I needed to talk to them.

I am a current client of this provider My husband and I are extremely pleased with Synergy Home Care. My husband has ALS and requires the use of equipment and pretty much total dependence on someone else. Our caregiver is excellent and is truly a CAREgiver. She shows that she cares about her job and her client as if he were her own family. We consider her one of the family. When times of progression get tough we cry together. We laugh together everyday. I am a current client of this provider They are just doing the housework for me. I like that they come in and do some light cleaning.

I am a current client of this provider They are doing fine. They help with cooking and doing things around the house. They could have more consistent scheduling of the people instead of sending different people.

I am a past client of this provider She only came twice, and my wife felt like she was there to entertain someone else in the house. She had to tell her what to do in the house. The woman did what she was supposed to, so it wasn't her fault. I am very likely to recommend them. My wife has a certain way of doing things, and she refuses the help.

I am a past client of this provider It is hard to rate that because he did not like it. He is having a hard time dealing with the fact that he needs help now. It may not be the company, he is just difficult. In our circumstance, I needed more feedback. I heard one thing from my father, but I do not know how true that is since he did not want the care in the first place. He said they did not provide the right care.
