I am a current client of this provider They take a lot of responsibility for the things that need to be done in the house. They can come in and I don't have to say anything to them except good morning before they get going with getting my loved one and I breakfast. They help me with anything I need help with and they're there. Their caregivers are well trained. They are far above average. They're outstanding because they know what to do with little instruction. I am a past client of this provider The caregivers provided me with physical therapy. The caregivers communicated with me and did good work.

I am a past client of this provider They had a very small impact on us. I had started with therapy about the same time, and my therapist wasn't sure why we had the services. We didn't ask them to do a lot, but they were not self motivated to do more. We were told they could do light housekeeping, but I would have to tell them to do everything, even if it was apparent what needed to be done. I just feel like there was a lot of sitting. Most nurses don't sit, but these nurses did.

I am a current client of this provider Right from the very beginning, Shasta from Synergy made us feel welcome and cared for. She was patient and kind with my mother, who recently had a heart attack and had a stent put in. My mother is a caregiver, not used to accepting help and certainly a very proud and private person. She did NOT want any help, certainly not with bathing. Shasta knew just whom to send...Michelle. What a blessing! I am a current client of this provider The services help to free me up. My loved one gets a bath, and they make sure that she gets wiped. I have used this company before in the past. When it came time for my loved one to have services, I recommended this company to her because I remembered liking them.

I am a past client of this provider They provided sitter services for my loved one. There was one caregiver one day that did a poor job, but all the others were good.

I am a current client of this provider My husband doesn't like it but it's great for me because I can get out of the house. I would tell them that they're very nice and polite.

I am a past client of this provider He fell and cracked his hip and he couldn't move, then I hurt my back, then the aide came in and helped him get up and get in the shower. She had shaved him. I told them that the communication was good, the people were very nice, and they did all they could to do the services.
