I am a past client of this provider I liked the organization and communication prior to and after. The professionalism was very good. I called them last minute and they made themselves available. They were prompt. They are reliable. It is hard to say the whole company is responsible, but one particular nurse was so talkative and had so much energy when I needed to rest. I needed her to be quiet and she was still trying to make conversation. My mind was able to rest once she left.

I am a current client of this provider There has been excellent one-on-one communication with us from the management. They address issues really quickly as well. The most important thing is that they are managing Laureano's appointments and doctor's visits. It has taken a strain off of the rest of the family and we don't have to worry.

I am a current client of this provider My Mother is a current client for Synergy. We are very happy with their personalized service. They are excellent with pairing the Caregiver and Client. They are always on top with my Mothers medical appointments. Its also very pleasant that when we talk to them on the phone it doesnt feel generic.
