I am a past client of this provider The agency can improve by getting more staff and having more engaging staff. The caregiver only watched him. They did not wash him.

I am a current client of this provider I dislike the fact that there's always a different caregiver, and they seem to be short-staffed. They can make my life easier by narrowing it down to 2 caretakers that I'm familiar with and cancelling.

It's something that provides quality of life, so they don't have to have an alternate situation like a nursing home. This keeps him comfortable with his family.
