I am a current client of this provider The aide basically does everything I need before I even ask her to. She reads my mind. The owner has been here whenever I had a question or needed help, and they were quick to answer. The aide has been wonderful.

I would tell a friend that they are very compassionate and understanding. They understand your needs more than anything, and they are reliable.

I am a current client of this provider My situation is unique and has been a challenge to find someone who can accommodate my mom's scheduling requirements. They should do a good screening of the caregivers. They are very personable. The owners are very malleable and willing to work with their customers.

I am a current client of this provider I don't think grandma sees it as a good thing, but we do. It alleviates the pressure. She needs to be taken to her appointments. I like their ability to adapt.

I am a current client of this provider I can communicate with them, which is crucial when I am home-bound and handicapped. I like the communication that we have, and I don't have to deal with a wall of silence. I like the director because I can speak very clearly to him, and I like the young lady that they send here. I am very happy with SYNERGY HomeCare.
