My dad had a stroke and I reached out to Synergy Alpharetta. Michelle Curtis was a "God Send". Her patience and understanding helped me tremendously get through the shock of my father's stoke. We spoke on the phone several times and Michelle even came to the hospital to meet. Michelle also provided me with valuable information about home care and how Synergy separates from their competitors. Synergy is a top-notch company that I would recommend highly!

Synergy staff and caregivers are caring, and competent. Some caregivers became like family. The staff was always very communicative regarding schedules, mom needs and handling last minute requests for aid. I would highly recommend the company.

Highly recommend Synergy for in home caregivers. Sue McCormick and her amazing staff have matched my mother with caregivers that really care about her happiness and safety. They paid attention to everything we told them and made sure their employees were well informed. They address any concerns immediately with no question. We have used other services but have never received such great service.

They were the first call I made from my short list, and I'm glad I didn't bother with anyone else. They took good care of my Mom for 3 weeks, providing companionship & transportation to medical appointments, something I was unable to find in her insurance coverage which restricts these two functions from intersecting.
