I am a current client of this provider The only thing I would add is for the current caregiver to do more cleaning around the house. The contact for scheduling, they helped me get the long term care and the payments are very easy. It is easy to get a hold of someone.

I am a current client of this provider The care we have received has been very good. It affords me the time to leave her and take care of my own family, knowing she is taken care of.

I am a current client of this provider I like that the agency always provide someone there for us to cover or anything else. They are very nice. The services have helped the most by trying to give her the best possible, and I'm happy that she can stay in her home and be taken care of properly.

I am a current client of this provider I usually have somebody here, and when they are here, I can leave, but sometimes I do feel concerned if the caregiver is qualified. I want to be able to leave and feel comfortable. Right now, they seem to be in flux, and sometimes I don't get information until the last minute regarding who is supposed to come to my home. It doesn't seem like they can build rapport consistently. I would be very reluctant to recommend them.

I am a current client of this provider My husband is getting showers where he was not before. He has company and conversation and walks. The person who is coming here, I am very satisfied with. and the office follows up with any questions they have for me.
