I am a current client of this provider They help me survive because I can't walk around much on my own. They help me. I like that it works, and there aren't problems with someone not showing up or a caregiver not being very good.

I am a current client of this provider We have gotten continuity and help with building up his strength, which are the important things to us. I take care of my dad 4 days a week, and they come in 3 days a week. We are able to get the same person all 3 days that they come. My dad likes that consistency and knowing that the same person knows the routine. It gives him peace of mind.

I am a current client of this provider It has been great. They do her hair, her bath, and her nails. ,I only wanted a couple days a week and all the other agencies I called didn't want to take us because we wanted only 2 days a week. Synergy worked with me about the days we wanted and the money we had.

I am a current client of this provider The caregivers are on time. Most follow directions well, and they are very responsive to my mother and are able to converse with her. I guess it goes on an individual basis. Some of the caregivers are more attentive and more responsive. There have been a few that were not very attentive of her needs and things she needed taken care of.

I am a current client of this provider I trust their employees. I feel like I can get up and do things. They are very proactive. They will call to make sure things are organized and on-track. Their employees are great.

I am a current client of this provider She is pretty deep in dementia. My wife needs a friendly person, and they have been great with all of that. I like the people. We have been pleased with the caregivers they have sent.

I am a past client of this provider My loved one needed it to interact with someone, instead of being home alone. I liked that they communicated clearly with us.

I am a current client of this provider My mother refused help because we had an agency that had a caregiver that barely did anything for my mother. She took my mom to CVS, left her alone, and did her own shopping. The owner of the company actually follows up, and they've sent someone out to see her situation. They matched her perfectly.
