I am a past client of this provider I think they need to improve flexibility and taking in the clients' needs a little more seriously; they were good, they just needed more staff to accommodate our needs The services helped provide me the down time I needed.

I am a current client of this provider I like that they are personable and they always try to meet my needs. I am able to get out and around because I can't drive; I have hot meals and get my shopping done.

I am a current client of this provider How efficient they are, the quality of personnel, the caregiver has been amazing so far, so good. The caregiver is amazing; she gives suggestions based on experience.

I am a current client of this provider It is a work in progress for us right now, but I like that they are flexible with us. They have helped with starting later for us since my father could not start in February.

I am a current client of this provider I like that they were able to get us started with services quickly. They have answered all my questions, and they have always been available to have conversations with me. It is a tough battle, but it has been helpful; it is nice to know that I have someone available to support me if needed.

I am a current client of this provider I like that the caregiver is very polite and always asking what she can do. My husband can't do anything, and I am not in good shape, so their services help out a lot, and without them the daily tasks wouldn't get done.

I am a current client of this provider 98% of the caregivers seem to be kind and caring. They have provided good care to my sister. Her daughter, Kim, doesn't have to worry so much about the safety of her mom, and she's met each of the caregivers.
