I am a current client of this provider I'm very pleased with Synergy. The caregivers are excellent and provide my mother-in-law with assistance in cleaning, cooking, bathing, and personal hygiene. The billing is perfect, easy to follow, and posted on the web. They offer a wide range and variety of care options.

I am a current client of this provider For my loved one, it's still new, and hard to get used to. But it's very helpful for me, but my loved one just doesn't see it that way. They come in and discuss what my loved one needs and try to customize the care. They are willing to go the extra mile for my loved one.

I am a current client of this provider I have two brain aneurysms and I am paralyzed on half my body. They they come pick me up and and take me to the grocery store and doctor. They answer my calls and they meet my needs.

I am a current client of this provider They are reliable because the caregiver shows up when she is supposed to and does what I ask. She does extra, even when I am napping. She helps me around the house and run errands for me.

I am a current client of this provider I would tell someone that SYNERGY HomeCare is flexible and caring. SYNERGY HomeCare is there to prepare meals for my loved one, get her up in the morning, and get the paper for her.

I am a past client of this provider The say they offer memory care. They don’t. All three of the caregivers that came had no idea what to do with my mom. I had to ask the giver to leave. She was more interested in her phone and writing notes. My mom was walking backwards with her walker and the caregiver sat on couch and said that is unsafe. We have cameras so we know what goes on while we are away. The caregivers were smokers and would come in smelling like smoke. I am a current client of this provider They don't have the ability to do it. The people are not trained. It's not a great relationship. They left me alone and then blamed, me, the customer.
