I am a current client of this provider I think it could be good to have consistent people come all the time and not different ones. I'd like them to have more flexibility with the hours.

I am a past client of this provider It was very easy, I didn't have any problems at all. I liked that they were very easy to work with. We were moving my husband from memory care to home and they worked really hard to get him home in less than 2 weeks.

I am a current client of this provider They have taken over administration and make sure everything is okay. The caregiver is good, and the staff is responsive.

I am a current client of this provider Synergy has provided in-house care help for my father who has dementia for the past couple of years. The staff is timely and thorough in their care in getting him up and dressed in the mornings, taking medications, and with meals. They also help with bathroom tasks with his bathing/bathroom and cleanup. Always friendly but firm. My interactions have always been positive and the management staff has been great. Very pleased.

I am a past client of this provider My grandmother had Synergy 24/7 during her dementia battle. The knowledge and professionalism from the staff (caregivers and office staff) at Synergy was unmatched, and I cannot recommend them enough. Their #1 priority is their client and making sure everyone is comfortable.

I am a past client of this provider Towards the end of my moms life and if we didn't have any caregivers, we would have to move in with her, and it literally gave us our lives back. All the caregivers were incredible, and the office staff was great.

I am a current client of this provider Gwen only wants her twice a week, but I would like her there every day. It's great when she's there. The person that we have is very knowledgeable. She gives Gwen a bath and Gwen likes her coming. She knows a lot about care and cleaning and some laundry.
