I am a current client of this provider They do everything for me. They get me out of bed. They give me a shower. It is very good because they provide everything I need.

I am a current client of this provider I was gone and wanted 24-hour care for my dad, and they did that. SYNERGY is the best company in Billings. They do a great job, and the people that come over here are industrious. They want to clean the house and help make my bed.

I am a current client of this provider I think that if they were more into the housekeeping, that would be good. They probably have restrictions about that, but it seems to me that that is the weak point in the system. The rest of it is good. I would like them to improve their host care. None of their providers enjoy doing housework, and we have one on Mondays for housekeeping. We haven't found an agency that has really good housekeepers.

I am a past client of this provider They were there so I could get rest without having to worry about what was going on. They were there when they were supposed to be. They paid very close attention to him, and they were willing to do anything I needed.

I am a current client of this provider They could do the housekeeping and shopping for me. I like that the agency has an overall combination, and they have a variety of care. I can chose a task, and they take care of it.

I am a past client of this provider When my dad passed away, the caregiver was there to call the ambulance. They were always prompt, on time, and really caring.

I am a current client of this provider They always have the answers to any questions I have about the equipment or supplies. I like the personnel in the agency the most.

I am a current client of this provider They give me baths and help me clean the house. They help me check my medications, too. I like that they call each other, and that they try to send back the caregivers that I get along with.

I am a current client of this provider I don't know how they could make my life any easier. I can't think of anything they can improve. They do a very good job. I can't think of anything they don't do well.
