I am a current client of this provider It completely depends on the caregiver. If a caregiver comes in and reads the checklist and interacts positively, then it is positive. They typically fill time slots/shifts, they say they will have someone there, but it may not always be someone who has been there before.

I am a current client of this provider She needed help with her stroke recovery and depression. I needed a cheerful companion for her. She enjoys the companionship and the caregiver's discreetness about her personal needs to respect her privacy. The staff has been very responsive about ensuring the caregivers are compatible. I can call and they're accommodating.
