The caregiver has bonded with my mother and she is more than just her caregiver but also part of the family. Synergy has also always been very professional and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend Synergy to any one that is looking for care.
I am a current client of this provider They should have gotten me a caregiver who spoke English well. It made things harder for her to have to speak to me using Google Translate. They sent me somebody that speaks Spanish and I do not speak Spanish, so we have difficulty communicating. They could send someone who speaks English, the language that I speak.

I am a current client of this provider Sometimes the caregivers who fill in when my usual live-in caregiver takes time off aren't as caring. My mom is handicapped and needs someone to assist her with everything.
I am a past client of this provider April, 2014: I had two certified nurse's aides from Synergy. 1) made personal phone calls relating to other patient illnesses while in my home, as well as calls pertaining to personal home foreclosure arrangements. 2) disregarded my explicit instructions and attempted to get my mother with dementia into the shower, and upset & panicked her to the point that I needed to call a neighbor to intercede until I could arrive home. We are sorry for the negative experience with our aide. It is against company policy for our caregivers to make personal phone calls while at work. However, we understand sometimes there may be urgent calls that an employee may have to take. If that were to happen, we expect our employees to make sure the call is completed quickly, and the client is taken care of and safe.
