I am a past client of this provider The office was very helpful in getting people at the last minute if we needed extra hours. I liked that they always filled the time slots that we needed. They very punctual, polite and very kind.

I am a past client of this provider The biggest thing is when they are giving 24/7 care, not all of the caregivers are qualified as they could be. They have a lot of caring staff.

I am a current client of this provider They have allowed my father to stay in his house and live independently, so that is huge. I like that I am able to talk to the people in charge and discuss any issues that I have.

I am a current client of this provider Whatever he wants, they will do. They do laundry, fix meals, and go to the store. My father is really happy with the people that come.

I am a current client of this provider When they say they will come, they come. The nurses always come on time. I like that they will bring us anything we need or want. Everyone that comes is so nice. I think they're the best and we tell everyone that.

I am a past client of this provider They did frequently meet our needs with short notice. I would have been a little happier if I had had more consistency instead of having different caregivers. Synergy was filling the gaps that my own helpers couldn't fill in. I would tell others that they were reliable. They were eager to try and meet my loved one's needs. They weren't always able to, but definitely willing to try.

I am a current client of this provider It's given me more time to have quality time with the client without having to do the hard stuff. My loved one is difficult to work with, but they've been accommodating to their moods.

I am a current client of this provider The services take some of the stress off the family. They have really skilled caregivers, and they always show up.
