I am a current client of this provider The only complaint I have is that once the caregiver had their battery die on their phone, and it was not professional to have that happen when they needed to communicate with me. They need to make life easier for me by being as organized and prepared as possible. It is scary that if there was an emergency, we could not contact them.

I am a current client of this provider SYNERGY HomeCare sends me caregivers that really care about their clients. The caregiver always makes sure my laundry is clean and everything seems to be done by the time I need it.
