I am a current client of this provider I am having to go back and retrain since there is so much turnover or they have been to many places that they forget what to do. I have to rearrange things because things are not put back where they are supposed to be. There is too much turnover in the caregivers and they do not do meal prep like they are supposed to.

I am a past client of this provider They sent us good qualify caregivers to Charles when we needed them. The caregivers need to be more understanding with the situation of client's health.

I am a current client of this provider They sent us an amazing caregiver to watch over him and keep him out of a nursing home. I like that the caregiver is great about sitting and talking with my dad.

I am a current client of this provider I would like to have the same person come out and not different people every time. If a person isn't coming out then they should call to let me know.

I am a current client of this provider Their services are okay. I've had other companies before, and they're comparable to the rest of them. The first person that I had cleaning didn't do anything right. She would just sit there on her phone. I got someone else, and she's pretty good.
