I am a current client of this provider I am getting the service through SYNERGY HomeCare of Seattle. When they say they come, they come. At first, I needed 24-hour care because I couldn't get up by myself. I had a stroke in December, so I couldn't get up by myself even to use the bathroom. They came here and they stayed with me until I learned how to get up by myself and I could use my wheelchair. I'm still using the wheelchair. I am a past client of this provider We used Synergy for about a month for my mother. They were very fast and found a caregiver within 2 days. Some caregivers were good, and some were not as good, so we discontinued usage since we were not that happy. They made mistakes with billing and corrected it, but it was very expensive.

I am a current client of this provider SYNERGY HomeCare has been helpful. There had been some issues with the providers, but overall, it has been working OK. They are pretty good about calling if someone is running late and making sure there are substitutes if someone else cannot come. They are very easy to work with.

I am a current client of this provider Synergy are very professional, caring and wonderful listeners. I am very impressed with them. We had another company prior but our experience was so terrible that I went out looking for another provider and I'm glad I found Synergy. We are absolutely delighted with them in all ways. The caregivers are very knowledgeable on how to care for the elderly. My mom is 102 years old but she's quite active. There are still thing she can do for herself. They help us to overcome some challenges that we were experiencing. Without them we would not have had a good care. The caregivers are all angels.

I am a current client of this provider We have Synergy Home Care three days a week. At first we had different people come in, but now we have the same person. The caregiver is very outgoing, and she does anything we want her to do. All in all, we are very satisfied with it.

I am a current client of this provider <p>Synergy Homecare has been a life saver for us. The in-home services they offer have helped us care for my mother and keep her in the home at a reasonable cost while giving respite for my father. They are quick to react to changes in schedules for when we need care. The caregivers they've sent have been most considerate, kind and understanding with a sometimes challenging patient.
