I am a current client of this provider They could treat me like I am a priority to them. The agency has to treat a person like they really want their business. They need to treat me as a priority.

I am a past client of this provider The hardest thing was the inconsistency in those that came over. We had to train someone every time they walked in the door, they didn't know where anything was. There is no way I would trust my enemies with them, it was an awful experience. There were too many different caregivers.

I am a current client of this provider I thought it was going good until a couple of days ago. They need to be consistent, because it takes time to train somebody new. It gets pretty frustrating to keep doing it myself week after week. My cleaning guy did not get here, and they have not provided anyone. I am in a dire need of someone.They have done this in the past at the beginning, too.

We also need to make sure your driveway is plowed so they can get into your home. Learning of your need to have that service, I have secured a company to provide plowing for you. I am a past client of this provider They could have been more trained on how to take care of a person who is bedridden. They sent people who didn't know how to change Depends. We had to train them how to change the diaper. It was like we were doing a lot of the work by showing them. There needs to be consistency.
