I am a past client of this provider We used Synergy HomeCare of North Leon County once a year ago. Jill came out and did the assessment. She was very, very friendly. However, the match that she gave us the night that we needed someone was a lady that was scared of dogs and we had a dog. They should have done more to make sure that they let the sitter know that we had a dog, but she came in and was not comfortable with that. She was new and she did not know what to do.
