I am a current client of this provider I like that they follow things I ask them to do to help us out. I appreciate having them there because it takes a load off me. I like that they have been prompt and helpful.

I am a current client of this provider Communicated even when they made a mistake or even when they didn't have staffing. We like that they care for their customers and look for the right kind of people that fit with their clients. We have had a number of their staff that hadn't worked for us, and they looked for other staff.

I am a current client of this provider The most helpful has been having Glen because I was in an automobile accident. We like our caregiver, Glenn. I like that Jessica was good and she came to the house.

I am a current client of this provider The one person that I have coming does a good job. She doesn't have to be told to do everything. At first, I told them the main things I wanted were somebody that could help my husband who is bed ridden with getting a shower. I have a bath seat to help with that. If a man can help him, that would help. There hasn't been a man come out here yet. Except for physical therapy.

I am a current client of this provider I broke my arm and it's not workable. I can't do a lot around the house or put my own hair in a bun. My caregiver helps me with everything. I like that they seem to be organized, and they just have to seem to have their stuff.

I am a current client of this provider The agency has been there for us. They do so good.

I am a current client of this provider The client has been let down a couple of times with being transported. They could have a greater impact if they could hire better caregivers or somebody that is dependable. We are just getting transportation, but the agency could get dependable workers.

I am a current client of this provider They could just keep doing what they are doing. She washes her hair. I like that they sent out a really nice lady, mom really likes her.
