I am a current client of this provider We have to have the care as it is necessary. Some were better than others and it depends on who comes. I would want them to have more training for the staff and make sure people actually want to do the job.

I am a past client of this provider We used Synergy HomeCare of North Leon County once a year ago. Jill came out and did the assessment. She was very, very friendly. However, the match that she gave us the night that we needed someone was a lady that was scared of dogs and we had a dog. They should have done more to make sure that they let the sitter know that we had a dog, but she came in and was not comfortable with that. She was new and she did not know what to do. I am a current client of this provider I feel that my husband is safer and I am always worried about falls with him and they are watchful and careful with the client. I would recommend them but they don't always have people available but they are understanding. They also helped us get to where we are with our caregivers, it took awhile but we are happy with them.

I am a current client of this provider I have Synergy HomeCare of Upland caregivers for my mom. They cook, they clean, they dispense medications, they take my mom for a walk, and they can take her to doctor's appointments. The caregivers are excellent. There's one lady, Yolanda, and my mom feels comfortable with her. They chit-chat, they watch Hallmark movies, and my mom enjoys her company. I am a current client of this provider He comes in and does the exercises with my dad. They visit with each other. They have been wonderful. They are here Monday, Wednesday, Friday. They are very helpful when they come.
