I am a current client of this provider They have helped by paying attention to me and by getting to know me. The caregivers are very attentive to my needs and the agency does try to match our personalities.

I am a current client of this provider It was more to do with him than the service itself. We didn't have them do that much because he really didn't need much. They've been very accommodating to our schedule and they're always there when we need them.

I am a current client of this provider Communicated even when they made a mistake or even when they didn't have staffing. We like that they care for their customers and look for the right kind of people that fit with their clients. We have had a number of their staff that hadn't worked for us, and they looked for other staff.

I am a current client of this provider The one person that I have coming does a good job. She doesn't have to be told to do everything. At first, I told them the main things I wanted were somebody that could help my husband who is bed ridden with getting a shower. I have a bath seat to help with that. If a man can help him, that would help. There hasn't been a man come out here yet. Except for physical therapy.
