I am a current client of this provider Synergy provides daily care for my Mother In Law who has Dementia. The care staff is very professional, caring, on time and respond to requests. The Office staff "Indi" is very quick to respond to any questions and will work with you to help balance financial and care needs. If you have insurance, Synergy takes care of all the processing for you. I am a current client of this provider The caregivers have helped the most with organization, driving the client to the grocery store, teaching them good nutrition, and helping them pick up their medicine. I like the staff and the fact that they seem to care about the client. They have a lot of empathy. Most often, they are able to help with our requests with timing.

I am a current client of this provider My husband has Alzheimer's and it has gotten worse. So it gives me a break and I cherish that. I don't have to worry about him. If it wasn't for them, I don't know where I'd be. They are kind, on time, and understand the client and their needs.

I am a past client of this provider They job to push the call bottom because he couldn't. The agency can't do anything to improve. It's the system that doesn't work.
