I am a current client of this provider We got SYNERGY HomeCare of Richmond agency for my mother-in-law, and it's working out very well. They have a companion that comes in and does light housekeeping and food preparation. If they needed it, they would also do some ADLs. They will transport her to the grocery store or on short errands there in town. They just give her some companionship, and my mother-in-law enjoys sitting and talking to someone.
