I am a current client of this provider The caregivers do all the heavy lifting, help with showers, and chores. I like the help that they send.

I am a current client of this provider There is never a day that I worry about not having a visit, they are always there for us. I like their reliability. They always have someone come out, even if it is the director himself.

I am a current client of this provider They're all different. You can tell which ones are in it because they enjoy doing PCA work and some of them are in it just for the money. Some of them come in and know what is expected because they have been here several times. They don't need to be reminded. I don't know if some have a lack of motivation that are terrible. Right now, it appears that they have more clients than caregivers. They're not able to fill the spots for clients.

I am a current client of this provider They've made my experience positive by sending caregivers that are friendly with me. I like SYNERGY HomeCare because they are efficient.

I am a current client of this provider They pay a lot of attention to medical issues. They don't leave until they are sure that my family member is in good health. They are consistent and they pay attention to detail.

I am a past client of this provider The caregivers helped my mom the most with showering her, making sure she has breakfast, and if she had any other needs. I was in the house, so there wasn't much for the caregivers to do. I like that they try their hardest to make sure we got caregivers. I know it's hard to get caregivers to come out and do these things and this agency goes over and above.

I am a current client of this provider I wouldn't know what to do without them, as I just got out of therapy for breaking my foot. I am learning to walk again, and that is hard being 85. I just fell this morning and the caregiver heard me fall as she thought I was sleeping, but I was just watching TV in the other room. So I had to press the button around my neck and even my grocery delivery guy who showed up around that time tried to help me, but we had to get 911 to help me up. I am a current client of this provider They help out with chores and this keeps me from falling behind on things I need to be done. They have some nice people who come and breaks up my day. I would recommend them to those who need help with chores while recuperating.
