I am a current client of this provider They could send a companion who has the experience that an aide has. I don't want some one who just babysits her, I need a caring companion. They could have aides who are trained in memory loss patients.

I am a past client of this provider I think what we needed was different hours. It is hard because of overnight and the reality is that we need someone that can sleep in the same place. Most nights there was not really anything to do. It is hard to figure out how to arrange that. We had someone sleep there, but it was tough to provide elder care because the hours were difficult. I appreciated that they tried to match to our needs. They were very diligent.

I am a current client of this provider They need to show up when they say they are going to. The need to have better staff and communicate better.

I am a current client of this provider They are very good about trying to find me a caregiver that works. They work really hard to keep the best caregivers in my home.

I am a current client of this provider They make life easier by coming out to take care of my wife. They wash clothes and provide the service she needs. I would recommend them because of the good service being provided.

I am a current client of this provider I need somebody everyday. They check on me, and the caregivers give a report everyday on what they've done for the day. They are available twenty-four hours. I've always had good care. They go beyond what they need to do. They go the extra mile.

I am a past client of this provider They were helpful in being able to respond quickly, and seemed to actually care about my grandmother's well being. They were very responsive to my emails or calls about changing times and were helpful with getting stuff arranged quickly.
