I am a current client of this provider They have really helped with companionship and the caregivers are knowledgeable in regards to dementia. I like that they are easy to communicate with.

I am a past client of this provider They were very good for my daily life. Most of the girls are really good, but one girl was not so great. We disagreed on an event that happened. She never came to my home to help me when she said she would.

I am a current client of this provider The caregivers haven't been doing a lot for me. A lot of my stress isn't the fault of SYNERGY though. Madison is very good but my sister does this type of work and she is very professional for her work. She wears a uniform and gloves. The company needs to give their employees more training.

I am a current client of this provider If I didn't have them I would have to be home all day. I get to go out and not worry. The caregiver that we have is very good, she speaks good English and drives.
