I am a current client of this provider They have been fantastic to work with, the caregivers have been very well for the most part, and it has been a pleasure. It has been helpful to have an extra person there, help with meals, exercise, and provide hygiene assistance. He appreciates the companionship.

I am a current client of this provider I like that, I can pick up the phone anytime, and they can answer, any of my questions. They are also, very, flexible. They are able, to follow up with me, when I didn't need the services for a day or two. They work with me.

I am a current client of this provider I appreciate that they show up. I need them at this point. They are okay when I need them. I've used them before, and it was better in the past than it has been this time.

I am a current client of this provider They have been very responsive, they are reliable. I think in the whole year, it's only been 2 or 3 days they weren't able to get anyone there. The office staff is easy to talk to and do a good job with their billing, it's simplified. I think it's fine, it always me to not have to go get groceries or clean for him. I live 3 hours away.

I am a current client of this provider They have a hard time finding caregivers sometimes. It has a big impact when everything is good. I know they don't have enough caregivers, though, so they're in a tough position. It all depends on who comes.
