I am a current client of this provider They need to learn how to use a Hoyer lift. No one that came in knew how to use a Hoyer lift.

I am a current client of this provider We like our caregiver, but it would be better if is she took initiative. The 48 hours heads up to tell them if we won't need a caregiver.

I am a current client of this provider I can go get groceries and take care of business while they stay with my husband because he is bed bound. I would recommend them to anybody because they are wonderful.

I am a past client of this provider It didn't really have much of an impact. The person they sent here was a smoker and she kept having to step out to have a cigarette and that did not sit well with my mom. They could have asked if we would prefer a non-smoking person to take care of my mom. They never asked that question.
