I am a current client of this provider He really looks forward to them coming. They relieve me of stress and they provide me with extra help for my husband. I feel comfortable and secure with the people that have come.

I am a current client of this provider They help out the most by being flexible. The office staff isn't very helpful and there isn't any communication with them, really.

I am a current client of this provider I am constricted with what I can do, and they do cleaning for me. I like the caregivers. They do a good job.

I am a current client of this provider I need extended time when they're here. When they're here, we both feel a little rushed. I have already recommended them to someone. It is very convenient, and the people are nice.

I am a current client of this provider They could encourage more arts and crafts. They should put the same thing on television all the time. A lot of the time, they put on what they want to watch rather than what my mom wants to watch. We should be able get a better match. If the client wants one caregiver on a long term basis they should try to match that. That is really important especially for memory cases.

I am a current client of this provider They are pretty good but when you need someone quickly they try to get someone but can't always find someone. I am one that needs help quickly. I like to keep the same people every time.

I am a current client of this provider I have been feeling down, can't move very well, and have been exhausted and sad. The person that is helping me had a schedule change and was not able to come that week as planned. That made it worse. It wasn't their fault it happened, but as soon as that person came back, them walking in and saying hi gave me all of this energy.
