I am a current client of this provider They like to look after things. When I lost four of the caregivers, they looked after me until I got a new person. They have been very helpful. We have a new caretaker at the beginning of the year, and she is excellent. They picked out a good one for me. Everything that she does is excellent.

I would tell a friend that they are very compassionate and understanding. They understand your needs more than anything, and they are reliable.

I am a current client of this provider We expect Tammy to come, and we depend on her to take care of my loved one in the morning. It's the only company we've tried. Synergy is good about sending someone else over here if Tammy can't come, but we don't need anyone else most of the time. We don't need someone if Don has already exercised and is ready for the day.

I am a current client of this provider They get him to take a shower and do his hygiene stuff. In the beginning, I would've wanted more understanding of what they do, what are responsible for, and what to expect.

I am a past client of this provider It improved my life. Because of the surgery, I was very limited in what I could lift or what I could do. I needed someone here to help me lift and move things. I would recommend them with no problem. For the few days I needed them, the same person came every day. That made it easy for them to know the routine. I liked having one person, so I didn't have different people running in and out of my house every day.
