I am a past client of this provider They were there when they said they would be there. They were very easy to deal with, and they did a good job.

I am a past client of this provider They took her down to meals and pushed her wheelchair when she wasn't strong enough to do it. I liked the fact that they could take Mom down to meals and that they came in to check on her and make sure her medicine was working well.

I am a current client of this provider I get to see them twice a week, which I look forward to. There is nothing that I dislike because all my caregivers are good.

I am a current client of this provider They have freed up time for my sisters so they could do the things that they need to get done. I like that they work with us. We have called them, and they go out of their way to help. The people that they send out seem to be really nice.

I am a current client of this provider I'm really happy with the caregiver. She is great and patient. I'm not the most organized person and have depression and PTSD. She walks into things and has the patience of a saint. There were a couple mixups on Synergy's side. I played a part in it, too.

I am a past client of this provider They were essential. Towards the end, my parents were unable to do basic self care, so the caregivers provided meals and made sure that the basics were covered. They seemed to hire very good people who were kind and flexible.

I am a past client of this provider The aides are excellent. They are very caring and patient. My mother is very difficult, but they were very patient with her. The aides are very good, but the administration could be improved. If I call and say something that the aide needs to know, it is not communicated in time. If the aide calls and says they can't make it tomorrow, I won't get them the same day. The communication in the office needs to be improved.

I am a current client of this provider They need to be trained better in order to make life easier for him. They could do more training with their people. None of their people are CNAs. They have had four people come, and none of them have the energy that is required to help my dad.
