I am a past client of this provider They provided a good person, so they did some good work on determining the right type of person that we needed. It's the fact that, in my mind, they provided what I'll call above and beyond. They actively engaged with my mother-in-law, as well as her special-needs daughter. Engage meaning conversation, games, and reading with the daughter. None of that was part of the initial package.

I am a current client of this provider I have a great aide, and the quality of her is rare compared to the consistency throughout the agency. They have helped me by providing companionship and also helping manage her life by taking initiative and communicating well with me.

I am a past client of this provider I liked that it didn't feel like it was too big and that he wasn't just a number and that they truly did care. It really helped me with a peace of mind knowing someone was there with him so I could take a break and go home and get some rest.

I am a current client of this provider There have been a lot of times that caregivers have not shown up or been able to make it. They have been able to help my mother with her daily needs such as showering and getting dressed.

I am a current client of this provider The only problem I have is that it is expensive for someone who is on social security but it is okay. They have helped me by being prompt.
