I am a past client of this provider She would help me since I cannot do too much. Like how she would help me to put my medication in boxes. She made my life better and more interesting. She was just to be a companion, but she would run to the grocery store or pharmacy for me. I have already recommended them, and we had a caregiver come for my father when he needed care. She was there when I had my knee replacement surgeries.

I am a current client of this provider It is a relief. I am happy to know that she is in good hands and being taken care of. It gives me peace of mind. I like the dependability. When someone is supposed to be there, they are there. That is really important to me. The people are nice and pleasant. My mom is happy with it.

I am a past client of this provider I knew that someone was going to be here and do all of the things that they proclaimed that they would do. They came when they said that they would come, they were always on time, and the caregiver seemed to genuinely care for my loved one.

I am a current client of this provider The caregivers are on time. Most follow directions well, and they are very responsive to my mother and are able to converse with her. I guess it goes on an individual basis. Some of the caregivers are more attentive and more responsive. There have been a few that were not very attentive of her needs and things she needed taken care of.

I am a past client of this provider We had SYNERGY HomeCare of Venice for my father. The agency and the caregivers were great. The owner was fantastic, and he really came through to help us out. Their CNAs were wonderful. They would help mom to bathe my father and change him, help her roll him every position, they would change the bedding, and they offered to help her with anything she needed in terms of light cleaning. I am a current client of this provider I don't know how they could make my life any easier. I can't think of anything they can improve. They do a very good job. I can't think of anything they don't do well.

I am a past client of this provider They tried to help me, and they cared about me. The people cared about me. I never met the people on the phone, and they still cared about me.

I am a current client of this provider They do total patient care and get her up and walk her. They cook for her, which is something I really like because she likes home-cooked food. So far, the girls that have come in will bathe her and get her ready for the day and when I get home, she looks really nice. So far, the girls that I have worked with are very good and patient. They are on time every single time, and I don't worry about being late to work.
