I am a past client of this provider They came in and took care of her wonderfully, which made it so I didn't have as much work to do. They were very accommodating for our needs.

I am a current client of this provider Elizabeth assists my husband w daily living activities 3 days a week. She is caring, punctual & has a good sense of humor. Synergy office staff are reliable & easy to deal with. We are blessed to have them as partners in my husband’s care.

I am a current client of this provider Both the owner and caregiver are amazing; as we have been soooooooooooooooooooooo FORTUNATE to have Synergy come in to our lives and assist with our loved one. The owner truly listened to our needs and wants and came up with the BEST caregiver in the world for a patient who has memory issues, needs bathing assistance, needs to get to a grocery store and hair salon, etc... I am a current client of this provider They are alright. If they knew a little bit more, that would be helpful, so we didn't have to always explain things to them. We aren't used to getting help, so it's been a different experience for us. They send them for three hours, and that is sometimes a little too much time. Two hours is more convenient for me.

I am a current client of this provider The service has been a great improvement. There were a few concerns early on in the way she was being treated. She was being talked down to, and she felt like she was being treated badly by some of the caregivers. We talked to them, and they took care of it. The service is somewhat expensive.

I am a current client of this provider They are immeasurable. They empty the trash, clean the apartment, go by the bank, pick up the mail, and everything I need. I like that they do what I need to have done.
