I am a current client of this provider My caregiver is very pleasant to have around and to help me. I would tell them my caregiver is pleasant and that I don't have to tell her what I like, and she knows how to do things and just goes ahead and does it.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver takes care of my husband's physical needs. I like the person that is taking care of him because she is dependable and resourceful.

I am a current client of this provider I think it is the care and the attention that they provide for my loved one that has caused such a great impact. I like the compassionate staff. They have a lot of compassion for my loved one. They are also well trained.

I am a past client of this provider Once we got the caregivers trained, things weren't perfect, but it was nice to have an extra set of hands. It is a super stressful time when dealing with a parent like that, and we need someone that knows what they are doing.

I am a past client of this provider When she wasn't turning away the caregiver, the care was good, and they did what we asked for. It kept her independent for a little while longer. When it was working, I was very happy with it, but I felt that the agility with dealing with changes wasn't good. I wanted the caregiver to be a little more proactive by observing, reporting, and recommending changes about her and the care, and having better elderly skills with memory issues.

I am a current client of this provider They have always been very open. If I have questions or changes, they are quick to let me know. They have been more than supportive to make sure that I am not over doing things myself. I have been using them over 6 months and they have been able to fulfill the needs of my husband. From a few hours to 24 hours a day.

I am a current client of this provider The regular caregiver is great and does little things for me, and mostly they take care of my loved one. The caregiver taking care of my loved one, is not reliable, so they have to get someone else, which is stressful for me since I have work too.
