I am a current client of this provider The services are a godsend. I really like them. They are efficient, they are on time, and they do their job.

I am a current client of this provider We really needed someone to come in and help my father with bathing. His condition has progressed, which means that he can't do some things for himself. When my mother or other family members would help him, he would be put off, but they have been very professional and helpful about everything. They are very friendly and they gave more information than any of the other home health care agencies that we interviewed.

Thank you Michelle for your review. We work very hard to make sure that the family and clients have all the information they need prior to setting up home care. Making the decision for help in the home is a difficult one and creates a lot of initial stress. As in-home care becomes more regular, we find that clients are more relaxed and look forward to our visits!

I am a current client of this provider I feel confident that she is being taken care of. I don't have to worry. They could have more communication because I don't really know what goes on at SYNERGY HomeCare. I like the fact that they try to give me the same caregiver everyday. That helps my mom.

I am a current client of this provider My husband is 87, and he cannot be left alone. He needs help with his daily living so it has been a great help for me. They have been a very professional agency to work with.

I am a current client of this provider My loved one isn't getting any better, but he's still hanging in there. We're trying to get his legs stronger, but he has nephropathy, so his legs are pretty bad. The help that we're having has been good, and they help my loved one really well.

I am a current client of this provider They come and bathe my loved one so I don't have to do it. They help me go to the doctor and lift the wheelchair. They are very cooperative.

I am a current client of this provider They actually care for her, they are empathetic, and they know the tricks of the trade. They have a new caregiver and she's not very helpful at all. We haven't been able to get a new person, but my mom had a reaction to medicine recently and I asked if they could have someone there last minute. They got someone who was there for 7 days. The people they send out are great.

I am a current client of this provider It has had a very positive impact on my family's life. It has helped me a lot and I wish I would have done it sooner. It allows me to go out and it has been great for me. I can't say I have had any negative experience with them. They have fulfilled their obligation and they have never come up short. They are very consistent.
