They don't only come in, do whatever they have to do, and leave, they keep a log so that there's a continuous record of what they've done, which can be used to figure out what the best next step might be, or what happens when. I am a current client of this provider I like having a caregiver as it allows me more time for myself. I would like to see more things happening to see her brain active, like coloring and painting or reading. Sometimes the caregiver is asleep. I appreciate that the scheduler is easy to get a hold of and most of the caregivers know what they are doing.
I am a past client of this provider I used SYNERGY HomeCare of Palm Bay for only two weeks. It was a lady that came for 18 hours a week to watch my husband when he sleeps, that he doesn't get up, or fall or something like that. They had called me. The owner came and talked to me and I decided that I'd go with them. They were nice and on time, and they provided what they said they were coming here for, which is my husband.
