I am a past client of this provider My wife and I were out of the country, my mother fell and broke her hip. I had no one to look after my dad and this was 7 o'clock at night. Synergy was the only one who could provide care in a timely manner. They were the only ones who answered the phone in the middle of the night. I like the availability.
