Each caregiver on our family’s team is well-suited for the needs of their respective shifts and they are enjoyable to have in my parents’ home. We were desperate for help, and he went out of his way to arrange for caregivers the same day. They worked with us to get people that my grandmother connected with, and she loves “her four girls.” We were anxious that my grandmother would never adjust to having other people stay with her because she would not let my parents leave her side.
