I had received financial assistance from memorial hermann and reached out to discuss any financial assistance they could provide and they requested all these forms that memorial Hermann doesn’t even provide if they didn’t want to help they could have said that from the beginning. They ended up sending my bill to collections after I had called multiple times and seems like nobody knows what to do or how to handle anything. Really disappointing. They really do nothing to help just a simple “I apologize” . Do better.
The lady from the Radiology team was very nice & competent in her job. It was quick & much easier than having to walk to the Radiology department. I didn't know it was separate bill until it was mailed & texted to me. The payment portal was easy to make the payment & I'm glad to know now it has been received by Synergy Radiology Associates.
Received a text from Synergy requesting payment due for my portion of the charge for their review of and report on the MRI at Memorial Hermann. Quick payment process. I realize scam texts are an issue, but I appreciated the convenience of receiving notice of payment due and being able to immediately resolve it.
The fact that I was charged $481.00 a breast to begin with was truly a shock. Your company WILL NEVER BE USED by any person in my home again. My insurance company tried to contact your company several times and the whole time your company was billing me and ignoring them. Your company, including Singleton and Associates, will not get any business from me again.
The state should take away their license for fraudulent billing. The originally billed $384 to me for the services for which i have paid in full to the hospital. When i denied the charge, they inflated the bill by adding the same charge again with different description for which payment was already done to the hospital to increase the bill over $500.
