My experience at Hospitality ER Galveston was excellent! Dr. Dominique Fontenette knew almost right away that I had a UTI infection, but she didn’t know just how bad it was until she received all of the tests results back and then she had a stronger antibiotic called into the pharmacy I use and I received a phone call from Hospitality ER and they informed me to stop taking the original antibiotic I was prescribed and start taking the antibiotic that was recently called in for me at my pharmacy. When I paid my copay which was over $300 at the hospital I was not told that there would be a separate bill sent to me for an additional $131. If y’all need to wait on the insurance company to figure out the total bill of the visit, then don’t ask for a copay. Not happy with the process at all.
