We love our new lawn! Mike and the team at Synthetic Turf Northwest did an amazing job on both our front yard and back yard. We met with a few companies before deciding, and Mike was the most knowledgable, most accomodating, and had the best turf product. The install time was quick and very high quality. We can finally spend time in our yard again without stressing about an ugly lawn.
The Synthetic Turf team came in and completely revamped my backyard putting in both an area for my family to play and a putting green for myself. So far the turf has shown zero signs of wear and I have a pretty large dog running around back there.
We had been through 3 grass lawns in 2 years and were fed up! We originally looked at turf and found it too expensive and installs were too far out from the "other guys". Solid guys, great work, reasonable price. They made sure that the design was spot on, and they were awesome with my boys. They stand behind their work and have addressed a couple of minor issues that came up without hesitation or fuss. I have recommended them to several of my friends in the market for any synthetic turf or putting green. Highly recommend.
I went to the sales reps home to review all the various product samples. It was great to be able to give each the "barefoot" walk test. Then there was the installation - the ground prep took the most time. But I have watched TV landscaping shows that didn't provide near as much prep. Plus they would talk about it being a great area for their toddlers to play on - in Texas? (That is my only caution for this product as a whole.
