RecommendedWe owned our house for three weeks when our sewer backed up into our basement. Syracuse drains set two men all the way to Auburn at 5 at night to fix the problem. 3 days later, our basement was filled with ankle deep water and more sewage. The same two men returned to our house. The were preofessional, explained everything to me and made sure the problem was fixed before leaving. Thank you, Syracuse drains!

Fernando showed up within 30 minutes of my call. He spent 3 hours working on the drain problem. Explained every step and used the camera to show what the problem was. Once the job was complete, Fernando cleaned up everything and disinfected the bathroom thoroughly. Great service and great pricing!

Fernando was our plumber from the team, and he was great. Snaked from two diff locations (our main from upstairs, and our basement sewer line,) and also cleaned up and disinfected the sewage backup from the street line. I’m used to having to do that myself! So thankful for these guys - stellar job!
